An elevated beer deserves a pouring ritual to match
An elevated beer deserves a pouring ritual to match.
Open the bottle, take your time to take in the exquisite aromas of orange peel and bergamot and follow these steps to master the perfect serve.
The recommended serving temperature of Tripel Karmeliet is around 6-9 degrees Celsius.
1. TILT THE CHALICE
Tilt the chalice at a 45º angle and hold Karmeliet Grand Cru horizontally. Slowly pour the creamy golden beer into the centre of the chalice, welcoming its exquisite aroma.
2. POUR GENTLY
Gently tilt the chalice upright, allowing the head to gracefully spread from the top of the lilies to the brim.
3. ENJOY YOUR SENSORY JOURNEY
All that remains is to leave 5mm of beer in the bottle to retain the rich yeast sediment - you can add this afterwards depending on taste.
Flavours and aromas
And with your first sip, let this exceptional beer sweep you away and let its intense taste and aroma transport you on a sensory journey.
