A beer that takes our three grain recipe to new heights? We found the answer in the art of distillation. What sets this year’s Karmeliet Grand Cru apart from any other beer is that it’s not just beer.

It’s a blend of our original Tripel Karmeliet recipe and a truly special distillate that brings a whole new dimension to Grand Cru.

To create the distillate, we triple distilled Tripel Karmeliet to reach its purest essence and then macerated it with spices. This precious distillate was then blended with our original three-grain recipe to create Karmeliet Grand Cru 2024: Tripel Distilled Edition.

The final touch is the signature Tripel Karmeliet second fermentation in bottle.

The harmonious dance between brewing mastery and distillery craftmanship means we were able to uncover hidden Tripel Karmeliet flavours and aromas creating a beer that elevates beer with vibrant notes and aromas of orange peel, bergamot and hints of vanilla.
